Each is designed with a food-safe resin and given a clear resin top coat.

HAND WASH ONLY with mild dish washing liquid, warm water & the non-abrasive side of a sponge or dish cloth.

Allow to THOROUGHLY DRY before putting away.

Periodically season your kitchenware with a Butcher Block Oil.

Howard Butcher Block and Walrus Cutting Board Oil are great products.
