I remember the first pearl creation I ever made. I called it "Not Your Mother's Pearls" because I was looking to create something different than the traditional.  I found my answer in Freshwater Pearls. And of all the freshwater peals out there, coin is my favorite. I decided to frame these beauties in a sterling silver circle and hammer the metal ever so slightly to give it a little oomph!
